After 10+ years of discussing cholesterol with my family physician I’ve gone to since a high schooler, Dr Lonquist asked me about my health and if I’d be willing to explore some other options.  After getting a lab draw, he recommended a cleanse, and I am completely shocked at the results.  I had been told that my health issues were hereditary and have been putting off annual doc visit is to avoid statins for many years.  Dr lonquist recommended a program with a lab test prior and after to see what could be impacted by diet and nutrition.  After that three weeks, I reduced my overall cholesterol by more than 100 basis points and reduced a multitude of other health indicator.
